The fair trade seeks not only to shape fair price, but the principles of national markets.

These principles include adherence to the agreements of the ILO (International Labour Organization), which exclude child labor and slave labor to ensure a safe environment, the right to establish unions, adherence to the capital of the United Nations human rights and a fair price at least covering the cost of production and facilitate social development. Especially in the field of agriculture, the agreements of the ILO relating to the protection and conservation.

The objectives of fair trade are:

  •     To promote development opportunities for non-disadvantaged producers, especially women and the indigenous population and protect children from exploitation in the production process.
  •     To awaken consciousness among consumers about the negative effects on producers of international trade in order to exercise their purchasing power positively.
  •     Be an example of commercial cooperation through dialogue, transparency and respect.
  •     To carry out campaigns for changes to the rules and methods of conventional international trade.
  •     To protect human rights by promoting social justice, sound environmental and economic security methods.
